Travel Insurance Protection Plan. At this time Belle Viste Tours does not offer a travel protection plan, therefore, we suggest, if desired, you purchase a plan individuallly.

Cancellation Penalties. Cancellation penalties will be waived if you are required to cancel your trip due to the following conditions: death or dismemberment of your traveling companion or an immediate family member. An ailment that requires hospitalization of yourself or your traveling companion. All claims are subject to verification. 44 – 31 days prior to departure – 30% of tour cost
30 – 5 days prior to departure – 60% of tour cost
4 – 2 days prior to departure – 90% of tour cost
1 day prior to departure – 100% of tour cost
